Designed as a stationary kettle, it has a durable stainless steel solid one-piece kettle construction, a sheathed in stainless steel body, and an open tri-leg base. It has been air gap insulated to lock in heat, ensuring temperatures remain more consistent. All of its controls are located inside the cabinet but are easily accessible. Its exterior has been polished to a #3 finish and its interior has a 180 emery grit polish. This helps ensure maximum ease of cleaning and maintaining a clean, professional appearance. This EE-100 comes standard with a faucet mounting bracket.

This Stationary Kettle has an easily accessible thermostat, pilot light, pressure/vacuum gauge, and contactor. These controls regulate its temperatures between 150˚F to approximately 270˚F. Being thermostatically controlled, the unit automatically shuts itself off once desired temperatures are reached or it automatically turns itself on when temperatures drop below a set number. It has a water level sight glass, safety valve, and low water cut-off to ensure the safety of both the operator and machine. Being factory charged with chemically-pure water and rust inhibitors, this EE-100 guarantees long life and minimum maintenance.
