This Groen (2)HY-5EF Stand Mount Double-Stacked HyperSteam Convection Steamer is durable, easy to use, and offers reliable performance. Its construction is primarily made from stainless steel. Its cavity and cabinet have removable panels to provide easy access to internal components, making it easy to service when needed. The doors are stainless steel and have strong continuous hinges for increased durability and flexibility. This (2)HY-5EF has stainless steel pan support racks and a condensate collection tray for easy cleaning.

With an ON-OFF power button, 60-minute timer, continuous steam setting, and READY light, this Convection Steamer is simple to use. Its ready light indicates when the cavity is warm and ready for steaming. It warms up in 10 minutes or less and doesn't require any warm up time once the READY light comes on. It shuts itself off automatically when the water becomes low. Its indicator light alerts operators when the generator needs to be delimed.
