This Groen (2)HY-3EF is a HyperSteam Electric Convection Steamer. It has a durable construction, easy to use controls, and offers reliable performance. Its steamer cavity and cabinet are made entirely from stainless steel while its exterior has been polished with a #3 uniform finish. Its doors are stainless steel, field reversible, and insulated for increased durability and performance. It has a one-piece replaceable seal and is field reversible. The doors are easily opened or shut with its open-handle and latch, providing a positive lock and seal.

This (2)HY-3EF offers reliable and consistent performance. Its side-mounted blower increases steam velocity and provides efficient steam distribution. This allows heat to be distributed throughout the entirety of the cavity, including in between loaded pans. The steam generators' heat time is a mere 10 minutes or less, making it quick and easy to use. The cavity does not require any warm-up time but remains warm and ready for instant steam between loads. This Convection Steamer automatically drains the steam generator when needed to reduce sediment build-up.
