With the capacity to hold three 20 quart kettles, this Groen 142840 is an ideal Direct Steam Kettle Cabinet Assembly for your industrial kitchen. With a solid one-piece, welded stainless steel kettle and a stainless steel cabinet base, this Cabinet Assembly has the durability and professional appearance needed for use in an industrial, commercial kitchen. Its kettle has tubular stainless steel support arms and its rim has been reinforced to resist abuse. Its rims also have a welded "Butterfly" shaped lip to ensure easy pouring. Its easy-to-maintain design makes it convenient and easy to use.

This 142840 Direct Steam Kettle Cabinet Assembly has handy and simple to use performance features. With a large flush mounted pouring sink, faucet and swing spout, it provides convenient access to hot or cold water. The sink is piped to a common drain and comes with a removable anti-splash screen. The controls are front mounted and regulate the steam. The faucet handles are also front mounted and protected by a deck overhang and full-width door pulls.
