Groen 142839 Electric Boiler Kettle Cabinet Assembly- 48.0 kW/hr

Designed to hold two 20 quart kettles, this Groen 142839 is an Electric Boiler Kettle Cabinet Assembly. It has a durable stainless steel one-piece welded construction. The kettles have tubular stainless steel support arms and the rimes are triple reinforced to resist abuse. The rims have a welded "Butterfly" shape lip for easy powering. The kettles have two operating handle lugs for easy handling from either the left or right side.

The cabinet base has a stainless steel frame, top deck, double panel access doors, side and rear panels, and 6" legs. The front legs have adjustable bullet feet while its back legs have adjustable flanged feet. This 142839 has been polished to a uniform #3 finish.

This Kettle Cabinet Assembly has easy to use control for ideal performance every time. It has a power-On switch, reset light, start switch, pop safety valve and kettle steam control valves. It also has an exterior mounted pressure gauge and water level sight glass. Its hot and cold water faucets are front mounted for easy access. This 142839 comes with one large flush mounted pouring sink in front of both kettles.
