This Groen 140312 is a Direct-Steam Kettle Cabinet Assembly. Used to store and hold your steam kettle, it has a stainless steel, solid one-piece welded construction. This makes it durable while giving it an industrial appearance. With raised marine edges and a drain trough running the entire width of the table top, the Kettle Cabinet Assembly is easy to clean. It comes complete with a drain fitting and strainer. It is polished to a uniform #3 finish to ensure maximum ease of cleaning. It also includes a dump tray and has an open leg design for increased sanitation.

This 140312 has easy to use controls located just on its front. The valves are provided for each of the steam kettles mounted. The necessary traps, piping, and valves are provided for a single point utility connection. This Direct-Steam Kettle Cabinet Assembly also comes with double pantry faucets for each of the two kettles mounted, front mounted hot and cold faucet valves, and swing spouts to simplify filling and cleaning.
