This ensures optimum product consistency! It has a cold light illumination with LED and lighted cover for operator convenience and to make it more visually appealing. It has an efficient safety mechanism that automatically and immediately stops the operation once the cover is lifted. It is air cooled and uses a manual control keypad system.

The FROSTY 2 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. It has also been NSF-6 certified safe for milk.
