The sides are galvanized and the front is made of stainless steel for increased durability. its working height comes to 36.25", but it has 6" adjustable legs. The FMS504LP can be adjusted between 200 - 400° Fahrenheit with an auto reset high limit. The Pro Fryer includes two nickel chrome wire mesh fry baskets.
