Gold Medal 8048D Small Electric Fryer with Drain

The Gold Medal 8048D countertop electric fryer was originally built for corn dogs, but it is capable of frying a variety of specialty foods such as shrimp rolls, fried veggies, and more. The skewer clip assembly is "spring loaded" and can be quickly removed. It comes with a fryer basket for bacon puffs and other foods.

The Gold Medal 8048D has a 30 lb oil capacity and comes with a drain. Drains are a necessity for safe fryer operation.
