Its pan detection allows the range to sense when cookware is placed on the cooktop, while its empty pan safety shut-off automatically cuts the Induction Range off when the timer ends. Its controls have 6 temperature settings ranging from 150°F to 450°F. This IR1800's touchpad controls are easy to read with its 4 digit LED display and displays an error code to alert employees when problems arise.
