This GPGDUE10 has a consistent temperature control. Its thermostat can be adjusted to temperatures up to 570°F and, once set, it maintains the selected temperature. For ideal use, allow for 15-30 minutes for the Panini to reach desired temperatures before grilling. This Countertop Panini Grill has an easy to remove stainless steel catch tray and grooved scraper to simplify the cleaning process.
