Its heavy-duty cast iron grates are reversible and adjustable to 3 grilling positions. This maximizes your grilling flexibility by allowing you to adjust how close your food items are to the heat source. Its U-style burners are high-performing, using up to 35,000 BTU of power a piece. They have heat controls located every 12" and a flame spread 6" wide.

This C36CB-SR has a removable cooktop for easy cleaning and service. Its 4" back and side splash also protect the machine and surrounding areas from grease and spills.
