Globe C24GG Chefmate 24" Gas Griddle - 60,000 BTU

Designed for employee safety, easy maintenance, and cooking efficiency, this Globe C24GG has an easy to maintain stainless steel construction. The extended front edges are cool to the touch, protecting operators from potential burns. The 3-1/4" high back and side splashes protect employees from grease splashing up and potential spills. The 3-1/4" trough catches excess food debris and grease, making it easier to clean and maintain. The cooktop is fully removable and the 3/4" griddle plate has been polished for easy cleaning.

This C24GG Chefmate Griddle uses durable steel U-style burners to distribute heat across its top plate. It has heat controls located every 12" and a 6" wide flame spread to maximum heat efficiency. The burners are high-performing, using up to 30,000 BTUs of power a piece. Its heating capabilities are powered through the use of natural gas; however, it does ship with a liquid propane conversion kit and regulator if you would prefer to use LP.
