Its two 30,000 BTU Starfire Pro open burners gives you extra space to saute, fry, boil, cook or steam a variety of food products. It has a durable stainless steel construction with a stainless steel front, sides, back, legs, and crumb tray. The crumb tray has a large capacity, making the GTOG12-2 easier to clean. It has a split ergonomic grate design for easy handling and cleanup. The pilots are protected from spills, keeping the unit and operators safe. This GTOG12-2 has individual adjustable valves for each burner.
