This Frymaster MJ150 Gas 50 lb. Full Pot Performance Fryer with Twin Baskets is ideal for meeting your frying needs. Whether you're frying vegetables, French Fries, chicken fingers, or seafood, its 14" x 15" x 5" frying area gives you ample room to fry your products. This Fryer even gives you the option of splitting the frypot area so that you can fry more than one of your products at once. This is easily accomplished by using the two included twin baskets.

This Frymaster Performance Fryer's Master Jet burner system distributes heat evenly throughout its 50 lb oil capacity frypot. With efficient heat exchange and quick heat recovery, this MJ150 saves you time and keeps your restaurant moving smoothly. Its 6" steel legs are adjustable by 1", giving you leeway to adjust the height of the fryer. Its deep cold zone and forward sloping bottom collects and removes sediment from the frypot. This protects the quality of oil and supports routine clean-up.
