The DRIC 36000 has automated pan detection as well as a power supply monitor. For stir fry and saute, there is a controlled high temperature feature. In the same sense, there is also a precision low temperature control for sauces and chocolates. Empty pan security and automatic overheating protection are also convenient features the model offers.
