This Dean SR142G Gas Super Runner Valve Fryer is the perfect way to fry chicken nuggets, french fries, seafood, and more. It has a tube-type frypot design and comes with twin baskets. It has a millivolt control system which requires no electrical hookup. It uses natural or LP gas (gas type must be specified) and includes a 3/4" NPT gas connection. This Fryer has a 43 lb. oil capacity and its frying area is 14" x 13-3/4" x 4-1/5". Its stainless steel frypot, front, door, and backsplash/flue cover make it easier to clean. This SR142G has durable temperatures probes, a thermo-tube design, and a wide cold zone.
