Crown DCX-16 Direct Steam Floor Model Convection Steamer features a direct non-toxic steam, incoming at a minimum of 15 psi (103 kPa) with a flow of 150 lbs (68 kg) per hour, alongside a pressure reducing valve that provides a manifold pressure of 7 psi (49 kPa) and a control system to cool the drain. This design allows for a reliable and efficient product.
