Southbend DC-3S Direct Steam Compartment Cooker with Cabinet Base

The Southbend DC-3S steam compartment cooker features a cabinet base. It eliminates the risk of undercooking or overcooking the food. There are two different compartments with plenty of room for multiple pans, allowing for the cooking of multiple dishes at the same time. The DC-3 features separate controls for each of the compartments. This allows for a completely customized cooking experience. The adjustable stainless steel legs allow the unit to easily be placed where it's wanted and leveled correctly.
