Its stainless steel door has been reinforced and lined for added stability. It comes standard with four nickel-plated adjustable legs.

This Gas Fryer does not require any electrical hook-up but uses a millivolt system to control its operation. It has a hi-limit protector which shuts both the gas combination valve and standing pilot off if it senses an overheat coming. Its fry area has a 65-70 lb. capacity and comes with two fry baskets with plastic-coated handles.
