Convenient and reliable, the Convotherm 4 Easy Touch 6.20 gives the user a full range of impressive and practical features, including a 9" touch screen and customization options for all of your needs. A USB port is integrated into the control panel and the oven features an Ethernet interface, allowing for easy data transfer to or from the oven. The combi oven features a Gas Injector/Spritzer. Steam is generated by injecting water into the cooking chamber.

The C4 ET 6.20GS has 3 Advanced Closed System + (ACS+) operating modes - Steam, Combi-Steam, and Hot Air and 5 extra functions - Crisp&Tasty, BakePro, HumidityPro, and Controllable Fan. The oven is easy to keep clean and maintain with the semi-automatic cleaning system and HygienicCare. The TriColor indicator ring indicates the oven's current operating status.

The C4 ET 6.20GS features a right-hinged door with a safety latch and slam function. Both are ideal for a busy kitchen environment.
