Convenient and reliable, the Convotherm 4 Easy Touch 20.10 gives the user a full range of impressive and practical features, including a 9" touch screen and customization options for all of your needs. A USB port is integrated into the control panel and the oven features an Ethernet interface, allowing for easy data transfer to or from the oven. The combi oven features an Electric Boiler. Steam is generated by a high-performance boiler outside of the cooking chamber.

The C4 ET 20.10EB has 3 Advanced Closed System + (ACS+) operating modes - Steam, Combi-Steam, and Hot Air and 5 extra functions - Crisp&Tasty, BakePro, HumidityPro, and Controllable Fan. The oven is easy to keep clean and maintain with the semi-automatic cleaning system and HygienicCare. The TriColor indicator ring indicates the oven's current operating status.

The C4 ET 20.10EB features a right-hinged door with a safety latch. The roll-in combi oven comes with 1 loading trolley.
