Corrosion resistant G90 galvanized back and sides, stainless steel door, and stainless bullnose add durability to this GF90/EFS14-G, while an integrated lower door liner provides door stability. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs ensure that this Gas Fryer stays sturdy during operation. It has an Invensys Thermostat, providing a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F. This Comstock Castle Gas Fryer has been designed with piratical safety features such as an 100% shut off with built in pressure regulator and high limit control. It includes two heavy-duty wire baskets and permanently affixed double rod hangers.
