This Comstock Castle FK18 18" Gas Restaurant Range with Round Burners is easy to clean, convenient to use, and designed for efficiency. Its corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with angle iron and aluminized inner framing, is easily wiped down for a clean, professional looking range. This Gas Range includes an 100% safety shut off, automatic standing pilots, brass top burner valves, and pressure regulators. Its thermostat can be set for up to 500°F and its burners have been designed in a "Star" pattern, without gaskets, for a more even heat. Using 80,000 BTU of power, this Restaurant Range has an extra large 7" flame spread, efficiently heating small or large pots.
