Its corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with angle iron and aluminized inner framing, is painless to clean. Its grease drawer is removable, making it easier to clean, and its highly polished griddle plate minimizes food sticking. Its heavily insulated double walled construction maximizes heat retention, creating a cooler operation.
