This Comstock Castle Gas Charbroiler/Griddle/Hotplate has a stainless steel finish, making it painless to clean, and its double walled, heavily insulated construction provides a cooler operation. It comes with brass gas valves, automatic standing pilots, and pressure regulators to ensure an efficient operation. Its burners are cast iron and "H" pattern shaped to provide an even heat across the griddle surface. Its griddle has been highly polished to minimize food sticking, and it comes with a 4" splash guard, 3.5" x 1" grease drain slot, and removable grease drawer to ensure an easier clean.
