With a griddle, hotplate, and overfired broiler combined into one piece, this FHP48-36B gives you the flexibility needed to cook a variety of foods. You can fix deliciously healthy breakfast foods, sandwiches, vegetables, fruit dishes, and desserts on the griddle, which requires less grease or butter than traditional cooking. In addition to this, you can boil, steam, fry, or cook almost anything on the adjoining hotplate. Its Cheesemelter allows you to easily put the finishing touches on your products before serving them.

This Comstock Castle Gas Griddle/Hotplate/Overfired Cheseemelter Broiler has a stainless steel finish, making it painless to clean, and its double walled, heavily insulated construction provides a cooler operation. Its griddle plate is 36" x 21" x 3/4" and it comes with a pull-out cheesemelter broiler rack 30" wide and 18" deep. Using 108,000 BTU of power, its 2 "star" and 4 "H" pattern burners heat your food items evenly.
