In addition to this, you can boil, steam, fry, or cook almost anything on the adjoining hotplate. This Comstock Castle Gas Griddle/Hotplate has a stainless steel finish, making it painless to clean, and its double walled, heavily insulated construction provides a cooler operation. Using 108,000 BTU of power, its 2 "star" and 4 "H" pattern burners heat your food items evenly.
