Its corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with angle iron and aluminized inner framing, is easy to clean. Its cast iron top grates have cast-in grease troughs on each blade to ensure grease runs down into the front cold zone grease trough. This reduces the mess caused from cooking. This 3248RB also has 3 stainless steel splash guards, a 3.5" x 1" grease drain slot, and a removable grease drawer to make the cleaning process as painless as possible. Its brass gas valves, automatic standing pilots, and pressure regulators help ensure that this Gas Charbroiler is working efficiently.
