Cleveland KDL100T 100 Gallon Capacity Tilting Direct Steam Kettle

The Cleveland KDL100T features type 304 stainless steel construction with #4 finished on the kettle and supports. The legs are 1-5/8" OD made of type 304 stainless steel. They also features 3 level adjustable feet with three bolt flanges for floor bolting. The tilting mechanism features a permanently lubricated, self-locking worm drive. This 100 gallon model has a 50 psi steam jacket rating. The KDL100T also comes standard with a high capacity pouring lip and condensate drain valve with an insulated handle. The steam control valve is mounted on the console. NSF and ASME approved.
