The Cleveland 36EMK6624 features a solid state steam generator water levels control. Low water safety cut-off. Pressure limit controls with 15 PSI safety valve. Type 430 Stainless Steel exterior encloses, and table top. Tpe 304 Stainless kettle. Separate start/rest illuminated switch controls, plus pressure gauge. Major components servicable fron the front of the unit.

The Cleveland 36EMK6624 also features 6 gallon kettles with a 2/3 steam jacket rating,and include lift-off covers. Hot and cold water faucet with swing spout. Kettles have 50 PSI chrome plated safety valves and manual tilting balance design. Tilt handles can be mounted on either side. Steam generator empties under pressure automatically upon each shut-down. Automatic water refill on start-up.
