Cleveland 24CEA10 SteamCraft Gemini 10 Two Section Convection Steamer

The Cleveland 24CEA10 is a SteamCraft Gemini 10 Two Compartment Floor Model Convection Steamer. It has a cooking capacity for up to ten 12” x 20” x 2 ½” deep cafeteria pans, five in each compartment. It features the innovative PowerPak Gas Steam Generator. Twin vertical atmospheric electrical steam generators operate independently. These generators operate and control their own steam-cooking compartment. Two generator cleaning ports are located on the outside, top of the unit for easy access. The instant steam stand-by mode holds the generator at a steaming temperature and allows the unit to start cooking instantly. The compartment door, cavity, and steam generator are constructed of durable 14 gauge stainless steel. The two-piece compartment door design is cool to the touch. The free floating inner door with reversible gasket provides an air tight seal.
