Cleveland 21CGA5 1 Compartment Gas Steamcraft Convection Steamer

The Cleveland 21CGA5 features an innovative powerpak gas steam generator where the naturally fired 70 MBTU generator is 72% efficient, it features strong 14 gauge stainless steel construction, and a fully automatic electronic spark ignition. A simple on off start switch ignites burners and water fills into pressureless generator with ease. The generator cleaning port is located on the outside, top of the unit, and it is not necessary to remove hot panels or pan rack guides.
