This Carter-Hoffmann PHB480HE Mobile Refrigerated Cabinet is ideal for keeping food items cool during transport. Its innovative self-contained evaporator coil and blower refrigeration system keeps this cooler within a safe 33°F to 40°F, while keeping a consistent flow of cool air throughout the entire cabinet. It holds twelve 18" x 26" or twenty-four trays or pans, providing ample space to hold a variety of different foods. This Refrigerated Cabinet's combination foam and high density fiberglass retains cool air even in the hottest of kitchens.

Its welded frame makes it durable to the demands of an industrial kitchen and its stainless steel construction makes it painless to clean. With its flush mounted heavy-duty sliding latch, this Mobile Cabinet's door stays securely closed during transport and its non-marking vinyl bumper prevents unnecessary damage from accidental bumps. Its two heavy-duty handles are mounted to the sides of the cabinet and make it possible to push or pull the cabinet from either direction. Its 6" casters are covered with polyurethane tread and are set in a "wheel ahead" pattern, making this Refrigerated Cabinet easy to roll even when filled to capacity.
