It can cook in temperatures up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in just approximately 25 minutes. This Heated Cabinet is maximized for heat retention through its 1" thick high density continuous wrap-around fiberglass insulation and its innovative heating blower system evenly distributes warm air throughout the cabinet.
