Holding more than just the standard 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans, this cart provides you with the option of using 10" x 20" or 20" x 22" roast and bake pans, 18" x 26" roasting pans or bun pans, 12" x 20" steam table pans, 15" x 20" service trays, or 20" x 20" glass racks. Just to name a few. This Pan Rack's reinforced heavy gauge aluminum construction also makes it durable, while its four 5" diameter, platform swivel casters make it easy to steer from almost any direction.
