Carter-Hoffmann O8609 Bun Pan Rack

This Carter-Hoffmann O8609 Bun Pan Rack is ideal for holding, transferring, or cooling trays of your delicious creations. Designed to stand up to the demands of an industrial kitchen, it has an all-welded aluminum construction. Reinforced with horizontal stabilizing bars, it doesn't topple over even under heavy loads. Its base frame and bolster pads are welded to create one piece, providing additional support to the entire holding rack. Its 5" diameter casters have been mounted to the plate and are covered with a polyurethane tread. Being all swivel, they permit the rack to be pushed or pulled easily from any direction.
