This Carter-Hoffmann E8623H Mobile Heated Cabinet is easy to use and keeps your food items warm and ready to serve. It holds eighteen 18" x 26" trays with its 1-1/2" spacing, allowing you to store a variety of dishes. It cooks in temperatures up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in approximately 20 minutes. This Heated Cabinet's single panel door has a 270 degree swing, enabling you to easily transfer food items to and from the cabinet. Its hinges and flush mounted door latch are stainless steel and ensure that the door opens easily and closes securely. With 5" diameter polyurethane tread casters, this Mobile Cabinet is easy to roll. Its front mounted bracket serves as a place to hang excess power cord from the heater.
