This Carter-Hoffmann E8610V Enclosed Bun and Food Pan Storage Cabinet is ideal for use in hotels, motels, convention centers, restaurants, hospitals, or correctional centers. Its aluminum construction has been heli-arc welded to form a solid unit, giving this cabinet's structure added strength and durability. Its side mounted heavy-duty stainless steel latch keeps the door securely closed during transport and its 5" swivel casters make it easy to push or pull the cabinet in almost any direction. This E8610V Storage Cabinet has aluminum universal tray slides which can hold a number of trays, depending on how slides are adjusted.
