The Carter-Hoffmann CGM24 electric finishing cabinet heats instantly for fast finishing of entrees and appetizers. The size will accommodate most standard plates and platters. It can generate intense heat almost instantly. The CMG24 emits nearly pure radiant heat with less energy waste than halogen elements. Idle energy usage at 50%. It is then activated to 100% when a product is placed in the finishing chamber.
