This Carter-Hoffmann CD27 Heated Dish Storage Cart with Dish Dividers and Rotary Design keeps up to 160 9" diameter plates warm for service. It heats them with a high density 2100 watt heating element and blower fan system. The blower system distributes heat evenly, while its 1" high density fiberglass insulation maximizes heat retention. Its door has a flush mounted sliding door latch, ensuring the door stays shut during transport. It has 5" diameter heavy-duty swivel casters with polyurethane tread making it easy to roll and two of these casters have fitted breaks keeping it in place when stopped. This Heated Dish Storage Cart has a recessed control panel protecting its On/Off switch and convenient top access. Its "Lazy Susan" turntable has four possible positions for easy loading and unloading. Its wire plate dividers protect dishes from chipping.
