This Carter-Hoffmann BB48 Mobile Classic Carter Heated Banquet Cabinet is ideal for keeping pre-prepared plates warm. It has the capacity to hold 48 plates with 6 8P carriers, 48 plates with 6 8C carriers, and 60 plates without carriers. This Banquet Cabinet heats up to 200°F and preheats in approximately 20 minutes at 160°F. With its innovative blower system, it ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout the entire cabinet. Its stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning. Long lasting, its 6" diameter casters have been designed to handle maximum loads and to roll easily over uneven ground.
