This Carter-Hoffmann BB150E Mobile Energy Saver Heated Banquet Cabinet is ideal for keeping pre-prepared plates warm. It has the capacity to hold 150 plates with "P" carriers, 180 plates with "C" carriers, and 180 plates without carriers. This Banquet Cabinet heats up to 200°F and preheats in approximately 20 minutes at 160°F. With its innovative blower system, it ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout the entire cabinet. Its stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning. Snug fit corner bumpers protect the cart, walls, and doorways from accidental bumps, while its 5" diameter casters with "wheel-ahead" configuration make it easy to steer. Long lasting, the casters have been designed to handle maximum loads and to roll easily over uneven ground.
