It has the capacity to hold approximately one hundred and twenty 11.25" - 12.75" diameter plates and its blower system ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout the heating cabinet. Its stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning, while the Banquet Heated Cabinet's 6" diameter casters are offset in a "wheel-ahead" pattern for easy rolling.
