With a high-tech warming surface, this Cadco WTBS-3RT Countertop Triple Buffet Server heats and holds items at 155°- 205°F for your customers. It comes with three 2-1/2" deep third size stainless steel steam pans with a clear polycarbonate rolltop lid. The lid protects food items from potential contaminants and helps the food stay at more consistent temperatures. The stainless pan holder is removable and its base can be used as a warming shelf. This WTBS-3RT has one variable heat control, an adjustable thermostat, and a safety signal light. It's finished with stainless steel and has 4 non-skid feet.
