It has a charcoal gray color and a high-tech, non-stick design. This makes the cleaning process easier and keeps your Portable Griddle looking nice. This PCG-10C comes with a removable stainless steel backsplash and an easily attachable spatter guard. The base is immersible and the large grease tray removable for easy cleaning. It is not designed for use over 2-hours.
