The Blodgett Zephaire-200-E is a bakery depth full-size convection oven. It can accept five 18" x 26" standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. Air is efficiently and evenly recirculated throughout the chamber by the two-speed fan and 1/2 HP motor. The interior lights and dual pane thermal glass windows allow you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.
The Zephaire-200-E is Energy Star Qualified and boasts a stainless steel construction with solid mineral fiber insulation. The solid state infinite control comes with a digital timer.
