This stainless steel Blodgett HV-100E Double Gas Hydrovection Oven is a must have for your kitchen. Maximized for heat retention through its 2.5" Super Wool Plus insulation, this oven can meet flexible cooking and baking needs. It has three inshot burners and allows you to control the levels of humidity. Through innovative Helix technology, the HVH-100E Double forces air into the heating cavity, causing your food items to finish baking in less time.

The HydroVection oven has options for keeping or releasing steam and with a 4-speed motor, your delicious creations can be evenly cooked. With its touchscreen technology, you can also use the timer and core probe at the same time, reducing the risk for burnt foods. This innovative touchscreen technology gives you the option to adjust settings based on shelf-timing, cooking compensation, and multi-shelf recipes. It comes with five stainless steel racks which can be conveniently placed in ten different rack positions. The HV-100E Double has definitely been designed to meet your baking needs.

With the HVH-100E's simultaneously opening doors with a catch-latch system and black glass doors with a one piece curved handle, food items are easy to transfer from the shelves to counter. Two halogen interior lights have been included to increase visibility. Its fully stainless steel exterior, 316 stainless steel coved corner liner, retractable hand shower, and dual pane tempered viewing window with hinged inner glass make it easy and painless to clean.
