This stainless steel Blodgett HV-100E, Full-Size Electric Hydrovection Oven, is a must-have for your kitchen. With the capacity to heat in selections ranging from hydro low, hydro high, hot air, and cool down this oven can meet flexible cooking and baking needs. This double hydrovection oven allows you to control the levels of humidity, release steam from the oven, and, through its four-speed auto-reversing fan motor, create an even bake. It comes with five stainless steel racks which can be conveniently placed in ten different rack positions.
The Blodgett HV-100E has been designed for your convenience both during use and clean-up. It has simultaneously opening doors with a catch-latch system, black glass doors with a one-piece curved handle, and two halogen interior lights to increase visibility. Its fully stainless steel exterior, 316 stainless steel coved corner liner, retractable hand shower, and hinged inner glass also makes for an easy clean.
