Blodgett DFG50 Single Deck Half-Size Dual Flow Gas Convection Oven

The Blodgett DFG-50 is a standard depth half-size convection oven. It can accept 13" x 18" standard half-size baking pans and/or 12" x 20" hotel pans in front-to-back positions. Air is efficiently and evenly recirculated throughout the chamber by the single-speed fan and 1/2 HP motor. The interior lights and dual pane thermal glass windows allow you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.

The DFG-50 boasts a stainless steel construction with 2" of insulation. The solid state manual control comes with separate dials to control thermostat and timer.
